Connect Square
Connect the venue's Square account so TablePace can use read-only sales context alongside bookings.
Open Integrations → Square to connect the Square account used by the venue.
The integration is intentionally read-only. TablePace can read useful commerce information, but it does not take Square payments, issue refunds, change orders or alter your Square catalog.
Connect Square
- Open Integrations.
- Choose Connect Square.
- Sign in to the correct Square account when Square asks you to authorise access.
- Approve the requested read access.
- Return to TablePace and confirm the merchant and venue location shown are correct.
If the Square account has several locations, select the location that matches the active TablePace venue.
Test the connection
Use Test connection after connecting or whenever the integration reports that it needs attention.
TablePace securely keeps the connection required to read the permitted data. Access credentials are not displayed back to operators.
Disconnect
Choose Disconnect Square when the venue no longer wants the integration. TablePace revokes the Square authorisation and removes its stored connection.
Disconnecting does not delete or change your Square sales, catalog, payments or orders.
Who should connect it
Use a TablePace account with Integration access and a Square account authorised to approve the connection. Make sure you are connecting the venue's real Square location, not another location from the same merchant by accident.
