Share or embed online bookings

Once a widget is published, TablePace provides a shareable guest booking path and supported embed information.

Direct link

Use the hosted/shareable link when you want a simple destination for:

• your website's Book now button;
• social profiles;
• email campaigns;
• QR codes;
• direct guest messages.

A direct link is also the easiest way to test a newly published widget before embedding it anywhere.

Website embed

Use the embed/snippet shown by the widget editor when your website should display the TablePace booking experience directly.

Copy the current published snippet rather than an old saved copy, especially after changing widget configuration or website domains.

Before going live

Test the booking journey from the same public page guests will use. Confirm:

• the widget loads correctly;
• real availability appears;
• family/accessibility fields appear as expected;
• a completed booking reaches the operator workspace;
• the layout works on a phone as well as desktop.
