Read the venue Overview
Use the Overview page to spot the bookings, capacity and service signals that need attention.
Overview is the venue's at-a-glance operating page. Use it to decide where attention is needed before opening a more detailed workspace.
Next service
The Next service card shows the upcoming service with its booked covers, number of bookings, available covers, waitlist covers and percentage of configured capacity already booked.
If TablePace reports bookings that still need table allocation, open Bookings and review them before service.
Upcoming demand
The next 7-day and 30-day views help you see how much business is already on the books compared with the capacity you have configured.
Treat configured capacity as an operating limit you control, not necessarily the physical number of chairs in the venue. If the percentage looks wrong, review your recurring service limits in Capacity.
Recent booking performance
The recent-period cards and charts compare booked covers and service activity with earlier periods. Use these trends to spot unusually quiet or busy periods, then open the underlying booking/service pages before changing rules.
Square and service intelligence
If Square is connected and your role can view integrations, Overview can add recent sales context and service-intelligence estimates.
Revenue-potential figures use venue sales and spend-per-cover benchmarks to provide planning context. They are not a promise of future revenue and should be read alongside actual bookings, configured capacity and the venue's normal trading conditions.
Use Overview as a starting point
Overview is designed to tell you where to look next. Make booking changes in Bookings, service-rule changes in Capacity, floor changes in Floorplan and Square changes in Integrations rather than trying to operate every feature from the dashboard.
