A booking has the wrong or no table
Check floorplan publishing, service binding, capacity and combinations when table assignment needs attention.
When assignment looks wrong, verify the floor before manually forcing tables around.
Check the live floorplan
Open Floorplan and confirm the expected revision is published and bound to the booking's recurring service.
A finished draft does not affect live assignment until published.
Check table capacity
Make sure the table's maximum covers reflect real seating. TablePace will not normally choose a table that cannot seat the party.
Check combinations
If a large party needs joined tables, confirm that exact combination exists. TablePace does not create combinations automatically from nearby tables.
Check overlaps
A table may look suitable but already be occupied during part of the requested booking duration or turn buffer.
Correct the floor, then reassess
If the root cause is a missing/incorrect floor configuration, fix and publish it. TablePace can reconcile unresolved booking assignment against the corrected published floor where possible.
During live service, use Move table when the floor team intentionally wants a different valid destination.
