Sign in, verification and venue access
Understand the difference between signing in to TablePace and being allowed into a particular venue.
Signing in proves who you are. Your TablePace venue membership decides which venue you can open and what you can do there.
Use Sign in for an existing TablePace account. Depending on how your account was created, sign in with Google or your email/password credentials.
TablePace keeps the signed-in browser session so moving between Docs and the operator area should not require repeated sign-ins during a normal session.
Email verification
If you create an email/password account through sign-up or a staff invitation, complete email verification when TablePace asks for it. An invited membership is not usable until the required verification is complete.
Staff should not use owner sign-up
If you are joining an existing venue, accept the invitation sent by the venue. Creating a new owner account can create a separate organisation rather than giving you access to the intended venue.
Sign out
Use the sign-out action when you have finished, especially on shared venue devices.
Access denied
If you can sign in but cannot open a feature, check your active venue and role. Authentication may be working correctly while the venue permission for that feature is intentionally unavailable.
