Billing and trial access
Start the trial, understand when charging begins and manage the venue subscription.
Open Billing to manage the TablePace subscription for the active venue.
Starting the trial
A payment card is required before product access starts. Checkout securely stores the payment method and starts the 3-day trial.
For the current founding plan:
- A$0 is charged when the trial starts;
- the subscription is A$299 per venue per month;
- there are no per-cover fees, commissions or setup fee;
- the first monthly charge is taken after the 3-day trial unless you cancel first.
Cancelling during the trial
Cancelling before the trial ends prevents the first monthly charge and ends product access immediately.
Do not cancel a trial simply as a way to stop email or SMS notifications; cancellation controls subscription access to the venue.
Manage billing
Use the Billing management action for the supported subscription/payment-method controls. Users need the appropriate billing permission to make changes.
Billing versus venue currency
The subscription is separate from Venue settings → Operational currency. Changing the currency used for recipe or venue values does not rewrite the existing TablePace subscription.
