Publish your booking widget
Configure the guest booking experience, preview it and publish it when it is ready to take reservations.
Open Widgets to control the online booking experience for your venue.
Configure the widget
Work through the editor sections and set the guest-facing wording and options you want. The preview lets you see the booking experience while you edit.
The widget can collect the booking information TablePace needs for service, including party details and supported family/accessibility context.
Save draft versus publish
Use Save draft while you are working. Draft changes do not replace the public booking experience.
Choose Publish when the configuration is ready for guests. The published revision becomes the live hosted/shareable booking path.
Test before sharing
After publishing:
- open the shareable/hosted booking experience;
- choose a real service date and time;
- complete a test booking;
- confirm the reservation appears in Bookings;
- confirm the expected guest/family details and table behavior are present.
The guided Setup flow includes this as its final milestone.
Where availability comes from
The widget does not keep a separate availability calendar. It uses the venue's live service rules, pacing, blackouts and available seating. If a time is missing, troubleshoot Capacity and Floorplan first.
